My old Oh Snap broke so I ordered a new one, only to find out that this new one does not use adhesive. But I really like the overall functionality of the Oh Snap, I have since backing it on kick-starter. So I gave the magnet one a shot. It SUCKS... I have a mag safe case and if I hold my phone by the oh snap and lightly move it up and down, my PHONE FALLS OFF! Very disappointed and sad. I do not feel like my phone is safe with this new product.
Snap 5 is a notable downgrade from my previous Snap 4 Luxe, it's NOTICEABLEY thicker, doesn't stay on my Qi2 case nearly as well now that there is no "nano texture adhesive", and frankly I Can't Trust It as a secure way to hold my phone.
I really love the concept, and the design is impressive. However, I’ve been having difficulty lifting the grip enough to comfortably insert my fingers. It requires quite a bit of effort, and I’ve experienced some rubbing and irritation as a result. increased clearance or flexibility, particularly for users with fat fingers . I have to remove the grip in order to charge my phone, as the magnet does not seem to connect properly with my charger. This has been a bit inconvenient in day-to-day use.
I’m used to the ease of Popsocket, but wanted to try your slimmer version and magnets. It’s taking a while to get used to your system, but I’m happy with the magnet strength and predictability, stylish design.
Slender, but sometimes hurts fingers with heavy phone

Overall, I like it. Price is expensive for what you get. It's very slender, a plus. It can be used with a magsafe carmount, another plus. It hurts fingers using a heavier phone with full phone weight.
