Grip too high

The magnetic ring sits too high on the 17 pro max. Wish it was .75 in lower. Can’t reach the bottom of the screen

The ads don't make it clear that this product has a jerry-rigged round magnet sticker that is necessary for droid phones. You have to remove the snap grip from the magnetic ring for charging the phone. The second time I tried to remove the grip, the center piece snapped out of the main ring leaving that whole thing broken and useless. The packaging has a snide comment suggesting that droid phone owners "are people too." That's rubbing salt in the wound.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It feels pretty chintzy and I’m not sure how long the little mechanism that folds out will last before breaking. It seems super flimsy. Pop sockets, while they have a thicker profile, are way more comfortable and more engaging to use.

The product is great. My only complaint is the grip. The mesh is uncomfortable and does not feel smooth and difficult to use. It’s somewhat difficult to slip your fingers in. It’s not a smooth and easy motion. . And forget using one finger! That is so incredibly difficult and hurts my finger. The product is beautiful and very slim. I’m amazed at the color because it matched my phone perfectly. Overall I do like it!!

Magnet works for the phone but not on other magnetic attachments

I was really hoping that this would help the phone be magnetized to stick to other magnetic pieces like the magnet attachment in the car or the magnetic Maggie charger, but it doesn't seem the whole very strong magnetism being applied not affect

I bought this mainly because the ad said that it charges with the oh snap attached, but it does not. I do like how thin it is. Definitely takes some adjustment to get used to this.

great product, tricky use

I am super happy to have a phone grip that I don't have to take off and on every time I use my magnetic mount, but the grip itself is an adjustment. I have always had pop sockets so I'm used to the silicone feel between my fingers instead of this rigid triangle I have to strategicly get my fingers around.
I would recommend this to a friend!
