Grip Keeps Coming Off

This is the 2nd Oh Snap grip I have purchased. The first one I loved!!! It was so secure between the magnets and the adhesive. The new one with only the magnets has come with off my phone multiple times. Luckily my phone hasn’t been damaged... yet!

Used to have pop sockets for years. This is so much nicer. I was worried the magnet would fall off/not be strong enough. It's been weeks and that hasn't been an issue. I love that it can be a phone stand as well.

Cool new phone grip

Ultra-thin, sleek looking grip that's easy to use. The only problem that I have is since I have an android phone and needed to put on the magnetic adaptor, I have to remove the grip to charge the phone on my wireless charger. The magnet on the grip is so strong, the adaptor comes off too when I remove the grip. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.

Very slim and doesn’t mess up when you put it in your pocket. Magnet charger works, and I don’t drop my phone on my face anymore which is ideal.

I love everything about how this is supposed to work. I just got mine yesterday and the first few times it opened and closed properly and it was awesome. Now it won’t close. They said everything’s fine, I just need to bend the arms in properly and leave it closed for a few hours, but so far I haven’t been able to figure out how to bend it properly to get it to stay closed.
