Super disappointed

The standing function is non-existent as it doesn't really work as advertised. keeps collapsing and does not stand. finger inserting process is too much work and the plastic webbings are too finicky and often bends the wrong way.Once the wrong way happened once - now the whole middle cap is not closing properly.This item is a disaster. I really wish I could ask for a refund or exchange with an actual kick stand outer ring version.

Coating rubs off quickly

I like these way more than the other grips but it’s only a couple months old and it already looks so janky. The coating on the outer part comes off very easily. As it rubs against surfaces, it continues to look worse and worse. I am pretty disappointed about that.

Doesn’t stay closed. Always pops open. Sure is a lot of money for something that doesn’t work well at all. I would never buy another one.

Love that it’s so thin and doesn’t get hung up on while taking in and out of pockets or purse! Have only had it for a week, so far would highly recommend!! Price point is fairly high is my only reason for only 4 stars.

Happy but disappointed

I really loved my first snap 4 luxe. It had really really strong magnets and it came with sticky double sided tape which made it adhere to my pixel 10 fold case really well. I recently upgraded to the newer model and the magnets sucks. It falls off my phone with very little pressure. When the product costs as much as it does I expect premium results. I will say it feels better and more premium but the magnets are not good. Even docking it in my car & my wife's car isn't a good experience anymore. A strong enough bump and it falls right off the magnet mount. I loved my last one a lot. I told all the customers at work about it. I'm just disappointed in the magnet strength and hope to see the company fix this because I really like the product overall.
