So close but yet to far away

I tried three different chargers, but I can't get it to wireless charge, and I also can't get it to go into the portrait stand- two things I really wanted. It's so expensive for something that performs like all the other pop sockets. I do like how the S4 Luxe is slim and low profile. Because I can't charge it with it mounted on my phone, this purchase is a waste. It's very unfortunate because you can tell a lot of thought went into the design.

When placing an order, my phone accidentally pulled my old address, accordingly, the order was placed at the old address. I contacted the support service and lo and behold, they fixed everything instantly. It was really quick. Special thanks to Emma, who did all this. also, after the correction, only initials were indicated in the order instead of my full name, and in this case my order could be lost. I contacted the support again, and they immediately fixed everything, I really appreciate it, guys, thank you very much, you did a great job. Emma, thank you very much.

Oh Snap!!

I ordered (3) Snap 4 Luxe after my hubby saw these on IG. I have never been a fan of pop sockets nor did I think I would buy one. I liked the look and slimness as it was advertised. Also was not sure how it work really work with my IPhone case, which is MagSafe. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put on.
So far I love using it while holding the phone, I still have to get a hang of using the kickstand. It’s nice and sleek, I definitely recommend this product.

Beautiful Design - Perfect Function

As a designer, I'm all about form and function. The Snap 4 Luxe is aesthetically beautiful and functions perfectly! Its thin design integrates well with my iPhone 15 Pro Max and the magnet is strong enough to not need the added adhesive provided. And it's very easy to pop out the grip from the mount, and super comfortable to use. This is my first time using a grip (not sure why) and I purchased the perfect one!

Slim and Spectacular!

Got it for my wife, and she loves it! The slimness, versatility and the color go perfectly with her phone. I showed her the video (which tbh is one of the main reasons why I wanted to buy it! I don't know who she is, but she did an amazing job at showcasing it!), and she says that it lived up to everything that was promised and more! Great job and a great product! A+++ Highly recommend!

I previously left a 1 star review because the snap 4 does not support wireless charging with my car pad and magnetic wireless battery that worked with my snap 3. I left one star because the company would not stand by their product. After I left the 1 star review expressing my dissatisfaction, they issued me a refund and how now updated the description of the product to advise that wireless charging may not work with charging pads. So my new review is a 4 star. One star taken off for not being as compatible with wireless charging as my snap 3 was. Thank you to Oh Snap for actually listening to my opinion and taking the necessary steps to make the interaction positive in spite of my disappointment over the lower compatibility with wireless charging. I tried to go back to the snap 3 but it has been discontinued. I will miss my snap 3!

An Upgrade. In all the right places

This is what I called and upgrade. All the things that I don't like about the snap 3 has been improved upon and addressed. The magnetic snap closure, the aluminum frame, and the comfier inner grip. This is how you improved upon your previous product. The marketing is just not for people like me though. Too Kickstarter product-ish.
