Love the new grip!

This is better than previous versions. The only minor issue I have is that when I want to use the kickstand without turning my phone vertically, it’s very wobbly. I don’t always use my phone in landscape mode. Other than that, it’s great. I bought in 4 different colors :)

Worth it

This was worth the money. I've been wanting one for years and am glad i finally purchased it for use with my s23 ultra. I like how thin it is and how easy it is to use. I have had one of the little pieces bend a bit but it seems to have gone back into place okay. I don't love that it has to be centered as I prefer lower on my phone based on my comfort, but it's understandable to allow the charging.
That being said - be careful with the snapcharge and grip if you use a case (and even if you don't). It gets too hot.

Super strong magnets

I loved the look and feel of the metal and the magnets were super strong! Sadly the magnets were too strong. Long story short, dropped my phone on an escalator and when I went to grab my phone the snap 4 luxe stayed stuck on the escalator step. There was no way to get it back once it slipped through the belt. 100% my fault for not realizing it sooner, but I added it on my wishlist for my birthday this year. It’s totally worth another buy :)

Very comfortable in my hand. Never feel that I’ll drop my phone when taking pictures. Love that it is so thin that I can put my phone in any pocket. Plus, the ability to charge wirelessly. The Magnetic feature is used frequently .

Fantastic but...

I'm impressed with the quality of this product. All the claims made in the advertising are 100% true. Only two gripes for me. One is that the kickstand lock wears out fast, so doesn't stay up all the time. The bigger issue, however, is that it gets HOT when using magnetic chargers, even the one I bought with the Snap 4 Luxe. And I mean blistering hot, not comfortingly warm. Still love it!
