Won’t charge with MagSafe

I have the apple leather case and with the snap 4 on it, it only chargers half the time or stops half way through the night. Love the snap 4 just really disappointed that I can’t charge it with it on. The reason I bought it.

I always have some sort of ring or pop socket or some attachment on my phone so I can loop it on or around my fingers.
This is one of the nicest accessories I have used. The biggest thing I like is how slim it is.
So far great product. Only had it a little over a month so far,.
I use the snap multiple times a day.

I don’t use it as often as I’d like cos it’s hard to pull out one handed which is when I rly need it and I never had that problem w popsocket

Detached arms

One of the 4 arms for the grip got detached. I tried fixing it on my own but the glue on the magnets are too high for it to be squeezed in between my phone and the grip. I had to remove those and relied solely on the grips magnetic capabilities. From time to time the arm still gets detached.
