Doesn’t connect to wireless charger as well as advertised

While I do like this product and its abilities, it just does not want to connect to my wireless charger. I’ve repositioned it quite a bit to make sure it wasn’t installed incorrectly and I still cannot get my phone to reliably charge through this. It was definitely a disappointment

Quality Much Improved!

I had a Snap 3 Pro before and had to warranty it every couple months for various reasons. I was worried with the 4 Luxe I'd have the same issues, but 3 months in there is NO signs of it falling apart yet. Y'all did some really great work improving its quality, to a point that I can recommend this to people now without also needing to mention the year warranty
That's just a comparison to their previous product though. I've been using ohsnap grips for over a year now though and love it so much, idk how I ever dealt with the bulk of a popsocket
Also, if you're worried about it not sticking to silicon cases, I don't think it's specified for that but works just fine on my apple silicon case. And if it does come off, they'll send you more adhesive through warranty

I have 3!!!

I have one from the prior versions and I loved it. When I moved to the iPhone 15 I had to get the snap 4. I gave the old one to my husband. Took it of the case and still glued to his case with out any problems after a year in my girly case. I got 2 cases for my new phone and I have a snap 4 on each. I love them. I attached my wallet to it, my wiresless charges have no problem ( car and home). I attached it to my appliances while cooking. There is nothing this little thing can not do and still look stylish. Thank you guys. Hard to find honest products out there this days. Wish you all the success!

Had an old version that broke. Team was SO quick to reply and beyond helpful. Got sent a new one and absolutely love it. The magnet is a game changer!

Great functionality, not a gimmick. I work offshore so from work vans to took boxes to the gym & even the rooms. There's always a metal surface nearby that I can conveniently stick my phone too. It's awesome for video chats & content in the gym. I no longer have to prop up my phone or hold it. I just wish I would've waited for the forest green color!

Nice work except for wireless charging

Love the slim design. So much you can do with the pop socket like holder to the heavy duty magnet. It allows me to slap my phone (galaxy z fold 3) up to a magnetic surface so I can jam to my tunes as I work with no fear of it falling off. The only complaint I have is wireless charger on the Samsung 3 charger pad. Just doesn't work. Might try a maglock charger to see if I get better results. Overall though., ohsnap good job!

It works properly, I fill is better quality that the previous version, the color looks nice in dark and light cases so you can recognize your device and your want to see the "magsafe ring" with a better and cool look.
