I love the oh snap for my phone. It does everything I want... If I had one other thing to add it would be to make the STAND work in portrait mode... Not just LANDSCAPE.

Broke in the first hour

I bought this for my husband's new phone because I thought he would love the options to hold the phone in different ways. It broke within the first hour. Neither one of us could get it to close after he used the grip. Very disappointing.

I’ve gotten snap grip since 2.0. The 4.0 was significantly better than this 5.0. The 5 is thicker and yet the magnetism is weaker. I put it on my car mount and it’s difficult to even get situated right and then it slides almost off when I hit small bumps. 4.0 didn’t do that. And the grip is better with adhesive. Significantly actually. The grip comes off just putting it in my pocket or I’ve forgotten the grip on my nightstand from the day before. It just needs to be a permanent attachment to the case.

Magnet strength not as strong as before

Hi. I love your product & have used my other oh snap religiously.. I just ordered another in orchid and have been using for a little over a month but the magnet doesn’t feel as strong. A couple times has fallen off places my other one stuck to really well. Not sure why this is happening but my old one was definitely stronger

Awesome Grip!

I love this grip. It's so thin that it allows my phone to actually lay flat on a table, which is great because I take notes on my phone. The magnetic features is a great plus if im standing in one place for a long time. I was worried the part you hold might break because it's so thin, but its super strong and sturdy. Highly recommend!

Fine, but won’t buy again

Ordered a pair of these excited to replace the bigger name brand. Immediately felt disappointed as the product seemed cheaply made from cheap materials. That being said, the plastic does seem to be relatively strong, but the magnet is not. It’s taken some getting used to when it comes to “popping open” the grip, and it feels awkward 99% of the time. I cannot stress enough how weak the magnet actually is. Multiple times I’ve had it pop itself off the phone with the slightest jarring motion (think riding on a train and it gets bumpy, pops off while holding the phone). There was also info that it works to charge your phone even in a case. This is not my experience and I still have to remove the grip to be able to use the magnetic charger. Overall, it’s fine. 3 stars is being generous, but there are some nice factors such as how thin it actually is and the ability to use it as a stand etc. when I inevitably lose it or it breaks, I will not be replacing it with another snap grip. (Also it doesn’t snap, not sure where that name came from. In fact if you keep it extended in your hand for a long period of time it won’t even hold back in place)
