I like it it's good I didn't understand how to use it up first it's just that the piece that pops out that you hold on to and those little hinges in there seem like they'd be really easy to break I sure hope it don't break because it's wasn't cheap it's kind of expensive so I'm hoping it holds up I'm meaning to grip and stuff I really hope it holds up because it seems like you could snap easy and break

The grip looks nice on my phone and it is easy to use. The only thing . It is a little irritating to my finger as it is a hard material.

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and have seen this product go through the many versions and improvements. I appreciate this new adhesive free version, however the magnet or connection is not as strong as it was with the adhesive and I’ve had it come off multiple times with it stuck and left behind to the magnetic surface it was on. There’s pros and cons to this though as I was able to swap the ohsnap for a suction MagSafe accessory and back again with ease. I also wish it was more resistant against scratches along the edge. Packaging is always cool. Very slim. It’s a necessity for me whenever I get a new phone or case.

Too difficult to open

It doesn't pop open easily for use. I have to press on the edge several times and usually have to use both hands to get it to pop out fully enough to get my fingers into place behind the round piece. Love that it's thin and I can wirelessly charge without removing. But it needs to pop open quickly and fully enough, like similar competitors do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
