Overall I love the functionality of it. I unfortunately had to replace the first one I bought because one of the extenders kept bending the wrong way. Bound to happen b/c they're kinda flimsy; but their flimsy-ness is what allows the holder to be so flat. So design-wise, that's a challenge. But Snap was kind enough to replace it. I LOVE how slim it is. I love the magnet. I love the multiple ways you can hold on/grasp/kick-stand it etc. I think I might've accidentally bent one of the extenders the wrong way again, but corrected it immediately. Fingers crossed it won't happen again, because I love everything else about it. I might be a little expensive for what it is. But I was still willing to dish out the money apparently.

I got this as a replacement for the snap 3 model. It great and appears more study. I love that it’s auto snap now and there’s not a button in the middle that you snapped it onto for it to stay in place.

I gotta say. I am genuinely impressed. I thought this thing looked great out of the box, but I was weary about the mechanism breaking with continued use so I waited a few months to really test this out before I left a review. Here I am 3 months in, and it’s withstood my daily use without any noticeable wear and tear. The passthru works great, it’s slim, fun to click in and out, and I use the finger grip all the time as it really is satisfying and less strain on my hand using the heavy 13 pro max. The only small complaint is that the kickstand isn’t great for portrait kickstand, definitely geared for landscape. But who cares. It was worth the price

Great Product!

After my pop socket broke I decided not to replace it. While it was handy while using it, it was annoying when I laid my phone down. Ran across the Snap 4 and was skeptical - but so glad I tried it. Low profile, works GREAT, and while I have not tried to remove and reinstall I have confidence that it will function as promised. Thank you for creating a practical product that works! My only beef is that you force me to choose between dog or cat person.

So far, I'm really enjoying the Snap 4 Luxe. I like that it's extremely thin, yet durable. It looks great. My only complaint is that when I use a wireless MagSafe charger, the phone can get extremely hot, and when I used my wireless mount/charger it has caused my phone to overheat and turn off.
Additionally, some Magsafe chargers are extremely strong and can cause scratches to the metal ring around the grip.
All in all though, one of the best phone grips I've used.
