Excellent product!

Pros: Sturdy build, easy grip, wireless charging, magnetic, strong kickstand
Con: weak adhesive - after wireless charging at night (on nightstand) the magnetic connection is sometime stronger than the adhesive keeping the grip on my case (textured otter box case). The heat of charging overnight likely weakens adhesive bond

I gave away to my cousin (who was visiting from London) the Snap 4 Luxe that I bought for myself. I then bought another one but have yet to install it because I'm still loving my original Snap grip.

Love it, with one exception...

I've been using my Snap Luxe 4 now for about a month and I love it. The magnet is really strong, like have to peel it off the fridge and charger strong. The design is so slim and sleek that it's hardly noticable and I appreciate all the different ways you can hold and spin it. However, I do wish that there was at least one flat edge so that the kickstand part would hold more steady. With it being small and round, it has more of a tendency to lean and fall over when used, for instance, on the arm of the couch. Maybe Snap could even make the pop out piece a hexagon? Either way, I think a flat edge would improve this already great product.

great product once you find the right fit

I've enjoyed the Ohsnap products. Upon receiving this, there was a struggle after attaching in the dead center of my Samsung Ultra 24 / case. It struggled to connect for any wireless charges. I really appreciate the ability to remove & reattach with the reusable adhesive. Once I moved the Snap to the lower 3rd of my phone, all was good. So if your charge is not connecting, that is a solution.

Wish it was a bit easier to get out and oriented one handed- I have to consciously do it vs something so easy it's automatic

Better than before but still room to improve

I love the look, the feel, the magnetic close. I think it’s easier to open and close, I like that you can put your finger through the middle. The stand works great. However, it still feels flimsy and I wonder how long it will last before the plastic parts break. I’ve already had problems with it closing because the plastic isn’t bending right. I hope it lasts because I do really like using it!
