No S-Pen functionality

I wanted so badly to like this product. I wanted something that I could wirelessly charge thru without having to take off a popsocket every time. I had the 3 and liked it a lot, but broke rather quickly. I loved that this had a magnetic closure instead if the plastic which would fix the issue I had with the 3 breaking. But once I put it on my phone, I immediately began getting messages that the magnet was interfering with s-pen functionality so I couldn't use the s-pen effectively without removing the case. It also wouldn't charge thru even though the 3 did in the same place on the same case. I wish they'd make one that was more Samsung specific friendly instead of everything magsafe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the new ohsnap. My only issue is that it will not stay attached for long on my new Android phone. I had to use a poweful two sided tape to keep it secure and by doing so i lost the ability of my wireless charging, bit of a bummer. I do love the looks and usage of it though. I wish it would pop out a little further so it would accommodate larger fingers.

Had mine for maybe 3 weeks. Love that I can put it on the refrigerator while I'm cooking.However about 4 days ago, using it in the 1-finger mode, one of the arms cracked. Now, it doesn't close all the way back up, and can no longer stick on the refrigerator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the look of the grip and really like how thin it is. I find myself fidgeting with it a lot. The other grip I have used is the PopSocket. I have used it for years so I was more used to it and really only have that to compare this to. My main issue with the Snap Grip Luxe 4 is that it rotates too easily. It makes it a little bit harder to hold the phone because I feel like I have to squeeze a little to keep the phone from rotating. So when I'm using the phone for long periods of time, such as reading or watching videos I find that my hand kind of feels tired or cramped. I believe if you can find a way to design it stiffer, the grip would be perfect! I do like its magnetic feature, but unfortunately, I don't have enough metal around me to utilize this feature as much as I want to! The kickstand is nice, but only when the phone is in landscape mode.

I was excited for this new design, but it has drawbacks. You can't charge wirelessly like they claim, you have to remove it every time you put it on your charger.

Previous model failed after about 4 months - company took care of it quick and sent me the new upgrade in the Snap 4 Luxe - it's AWESOME, smoother than previous, easy to use and sticks tight to the car mount, LOVE IT
