maybe I was misled. The finger grip is good and if that is what you are looking for, i think its a nice produce. The landscape kickstand works ok...but does not hold an 15 pro max in portrait kickstand mode...that was the main thing i wanted, but it keeps on tipping over and I cannot keep it upright.A little disappointed :(
I waited so long to actually order this. I found the price point intimidating, but I’ve been using it for several weeks now and could not be happier. The grip is sturdy, flexible, and has withstood everything I’ve thrown its way. It’s super thin and fits in every pocket I have without snagging and the magnetic ring is so convenient for stashing my phone places and for charging through.
The only reason I bought this instead of a popsocket was because they said you can charge through it. I've tried 3 different cases (including one they specifically said would work with my phone) and they're all too thick. Other than that, the thing does work as intended, although it feels flimsy in my hand. The little plastic arms haven't broken after a few weeks of use at least. 2 stars for doing (some of) what it's supposed to do, although at this price point I was hoping it would feel a little better in the hand.
I wasn't sure about getting it because it is kind of an expensive phone grip but I'm super happy with my purchase. I bought it before getting my new phone so I had to remove it from my old one and in the process damaged some of the adhesive which made it not stuck as well to my new phone (would pop off pretty easily). when I contacted support they sent me a new adhesive and it's good as new now! It's so much better, sleeker, and satisfying to use than the pop sockets and it actually works with wireless charging unlike the other ones. Definitely worth getting if you are someone who uses a phone grip.
I’m so annoyed, I loved the idea of the snap grip and got the original when they first came out. It only took 6 months of use - and one 2 ft drop (my couch on carpeted floor) and the part of the bendable legs broke so the function of the kickstand is useless now.
I upgraded from a Snap 3 Pro when I got my new phone, and this fixed a lot of the annoyances I had about the Snap 3, like having to dig my fingernail under the center to pop it out, and feeling like sometimes the magnets were kinda weak. Much to my wife's annoyance, the easiness to push out the center on the Luxe and then pop it back in just gives me something to fidget, but it makes a nice snap sound when it closes, which drives her nuts. 10/10 worth it. And the Luxe comes with reusable adhesive AND an extra adhesive in the package!
