Damaged my phone

I decided to leave this attached to a metal refrigerator to do something quickly but after only a few minutes the grip failed and released my phone to the ground. Damaged the corner of my Samsung Galaxy Fold. This was after several days of curing the adhesive to the back of my phone before I really started using it. I'm really disappointed because I wanted this thing to work.
All the hype sounds good, but it does not charge through like they say. Not really made for big hands or fingers. Only use the stand in horizontal position. Maybe it is just me, but I don’t feel safe holding my phone by two fingers with this phone grip that does suck.
The only problem that I have is that is that the magnetic portable charger that I have won't charge my phone and I have to have it down on the table for it to work with nothing touching it. Overall I love the product.
It works as described but I find I’m disappointed in some aspects. When I have it in a kickstand it will often come undone if I move my phone to a new location so I have to fiddle with it more to get it set up again. I was a previous Pop Socket user and used a Pop Wallet and losing the wallet function ended up being really bothersome but there isn’t an equivalent product from this company. Also, I’m sure that mag charging does work with only the grip on the back of your phone, but it does not work with a phone case also which is a bummer because I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have a phone case on their phone also. It would be nice if this was integrated into phone cases or if there were a wider range of products with different functionalities, like a wallet for example, since you already can’t use MagSafe charging with a case and the grip it wouldn’t be any loss to add additional thickness with the wallet or other things.
Only problem is that I am not able to wireless charge my phone. It is probably because I have attached it to a Casely case. that's a bummer but I'll live. also bummed that the grip is not big enough on an iPhone 15 pro max to act as a kickstand.
Improved where it counts and kept what's great the same.

Originally had the Snap 3 Pro but decided to get a Snap Grip Luxe when I got a new phone/case. Everything that was great about my Snap 3 Pro was left untouched (wireless charging, strong magnets to stick my phone to anything metal, and a satisfying grip that doubles as a phone-sized fidget spinner) while also improving on small details... the locking mechanism being magnets now instead of a mechanical click is a nice touch, and I love the small grooves that help you orient the grip how you want it before popping it out.
