The grip is great. Easy to use. The problem that I have is that it doesn’t charge in a Tesla’s wireless charging mount.

I took it off after a few days. It’s not comfortable and the plastic that folds into each other gets stuck.

Almost perfect

I love this grip for so many reasons, but the adhesive isn't the best. I ordered this grip when it first came out. Over time the adhesive broke down, but I loved the grip so much I bought a replacement. I had my phone on my fridge after only having my new grip for a week, and it fell off because the adhesive failed. I wiped my case with alcohol and followed the the instructions. I also have a case without any texture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unlike a pop socket which "just works", this requires 2 hands to open, and manual adjustments to align it right. And to slip your finger into the gap, you have to separate the flaps manually. It feels like an after-though, not an actual feature designed from the ground up. The grip ends up being more trouble than it is useful

Solid product

So far, I really like my grip. It does take a bit to get used to, not having a grip like this in the past. Opening it up, finding a finger position that works best. But as for the quality of the product, it is very solid. Definitely looks and feels like it is of good quality and will hold up to daily use and miss-use. Support service was hands down the best I have ever had with a company. Would I buy again, without a doubt.

Adhesive sucks and doesn't stay stuck

The concept and design is great but both my wife and I have a hard time getting the grip to stay stuck to our phones. I have replaced the adhesive numerous times and cleaned the surface. It still falls off after about 5 minutes of holding it or it sitting on the car holder.
