Super sturdy magnet, slim profile never snags on my pocket, multiple grip methods to choose from depending on the situation, and looks great!

I loved it when it worked! I had gotten a replacement due to my first one breaking. The replacement process was easy and I was satisfied, however when I reached out to advice that my replacement has now broken, I have been ghosted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I worked for Apple for 10 years. I have always loved using the iPhone. However I’ve always had my iPhones in cases. I wanted the comfort and feel of no case but never felt confident to do that because I witnessed first-hand broken iPhones every day at work for 10 years. I also hated never being able to hold my phone in one hand and do just about anything on the screen... even with a case. This has changed all of that. I can now comfortably and confidently hold the phone in one hand and do everything I want on the screen. And I can show off the gorgeous design of the 16 Pro at the same time. The Snap Luxe is so impressive! Every feature is so intentional and manufactured to the highest quality. It’s also the lightest and slimmest my phone has ever felt! Thank you for designing (and continuing to improve upon) an exceptional product! I bought one for my wife, and she’s having the same experience! It was a difficult change to implement (because we had become so familiar with the other protection method for our phones), but we’re so, so glad we did!

Like it, but still getting used to it

Super well made sleek grip. It looks really great on my leather phone case. I thought a grip could help me take pics from my bike -- lessening the chance of dropping the phone, -- but I'm still working out how to engage the grip one handed. Actually, I don't think any grip would help -- my hands are pretty small. That said, I use the grip in a lot of other situations and like having it. It's so thin that it doesn't get in the way if I'm not using it. Love the charge through. Now I want the car stand.

To my issues to address going forward

Started with snap 3, then got snap 4.. found that the adhesive on both was weak. Had to get replacement adhesive twice. Finally got it to stick and stay. Now for the magnetic car holder... everytime I wanted to remove it from the holder(not charger) the snap would come off. I finally figured out a way to remove it and keep the snap on. I used a glasses cleaning cloth and wrapped it around the magnetic holder(widow type). Now I can remove my phone without the snap coming off. I do think the magnetic holder needs to be worked on. Moving on to plastic finger holders(under snap). Those have folded down wrong and I have to continuously fix them before snapping back into place. I really like the concept of the snap 4(and 3) but for the price, I think those are too many issues that need to be worked out. Hoping those can be addressed sooner than later.

amazing upgrade!!!

I have had all versions of the snap grip. the first one is still my favorite, but this one works the best since that version! I haven't had to get a replacement since I bought the original 4.0 on presale last year, vs the needing a replacement of the 3.0 literally every 2 months. I updated and bought the snap in green just because, but my old version is still intact. I will say, you need a magsafe case in order to use this, as when I had one without the magsafe ring inside, it peeled off quite easily since it has the nanosuction. but honestly, amazing version, definitely recommend.

I would give it five stars only thing is the legs of the pop socket can bend out of place which can possibly break it if continuously done many times. I’ve only done it by accident and it still works fine. Other than the product is great and the strength of the magnet is crazy. And if you’re holding the pop socket by sticking your finger through beware for your cuticles. I love to fidget with it all day so not only is it useful but fun to mess with.
