Best grip ever

First of all, the build quality is top notch.They last about 6-8ish months with my heavy use (phone holding and fidgeting) The warranty is amazing tho, I broke it, contacted support and they hooked me up within a few days.As long as the service/product is so amazing, I’ll keep one on my phone :)PS cat and dog person btw. Don’t make me split my baby’s like that 😂

Magnet is TOO strong

I love it. I had a 3 and was actually quite unhappy wit hit, but the Luxe has been great for a year now. My only grip with it is that the magnets are maybe TOO strong. I haven an iPhone 16 Pro. Before this I used an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I ALWAYS use Magsafe cases as well as magsafe chargers. What i've found is that when using the magafe chargers, through the ohsnap! is that getting the ohsnap! off the charger can be a bit difficult because the magnets are seemingly TOO strong. Not sure why others are saying it doesn't stick, or things come off, but i'd venture to guess they're not using iPhones / Magsafe products, or aren't using an additional magnetic ring on their case to get it to magnetize better.Anyway, thats my only feedback, maybe a little less strength on the magnets, so I don't take my chargers with it.

I love the functionality and durability. I do think the magnet can be a little stronger but it’s still the best grip I’ve purchased and I’ve tried a bunch. Love OSnap the most.

I'm sorry, I wanted to love this, was willing to pay the really high price for features listrdd6. It's just too cumbersome though to use. And I'm pretty agile lol. Too expensive for the not-user-friendly-ness.

Best Possible Grip

I have been following OhSnap since it's first product and have owned multiple versions over the years. I will never not have one of these!I have had at least 2 instances of receiving grips with defects but OhSnap has generously replaced both of those for free and even allowed me to switch the color on one of them! I couldn't recommend these more!

The adhesive needs work

So these guys claim that the adhesive is reusable but when I put mine on I didn't align it perfectly so I took it off to readjust it and then it worked for awhile. After a week or two (More like after warranty expired) the grip kept falling off. It wasn't much at first but then it would fall off when I was driving while using the holder. This almost caused several accidents and I even missed a turn and was late to best friends funeral. Thanks for that. I did leave on time to be there 5 minutes before the doors were supposed to be open. So in all I spent an absurd amount of money on a grip and mount that eventually caused unfixable problems. I didn't want to spend more money or time just for this to repeat again. Thank you for this.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s very slim, and a minimalistic look, yet it feels like it’s missing something. I find my self fidgeting with it often, but never really use it as designed. The kick stand feature constantly falls. The charge through option is nice, when it works. I’m constantly dealing with my phone getting extra hot, and sometimes overheating when I use it. This also serves as a problem because I have to use adhesive to stick it to my phone, and can’t easily pop it off and on. Great idea overall, and one of the better options, just not perfect for my situation. Also, annoying to have to pick “Dog or Cat Person” before I can send this. Should be optional.
