It's nice for what it is, but unless I remove it from my case before using a magsafe holder it will stick to the holder. I've also lost one because it stuck to something other than my case. Maybe it's my cases fault? IDK.
Just bought my second one to go with a new case. My only complaint is that the rim is not scratch resistant, so my black one looks kind of beat up after a year of use. The silver one probably doesn't do it; just the colored ones.
I’ve tried everything. I use alcohol to clean my phone beforehand. I make sure not to use wireless charging for 48 hours after adhering. But for the life of me I cannot get the grip to stay on after using the MagSafe charger even once. I don’t get it. No one else has this problem?!
I have magnetic phone holders in in car and the Snap Grip Luxe will not hold my iPhone 16 (regular size) to the magnetic holder. The stick-on magnets I bought to put on the case DO hold the phone tightly to those magnets. So, very disappointed. The Snap Grip is also not as comfortable or easy to use as a Pop Socket. I don't yet use MagSafe charging, so I didn't really buy it for that feature. I won't spring for the OhSnap car holder based on the reviews I've read.
Great grip with low profile, flimsy closing mechanism

This would be a near perfect grip were it not for the flimsy accordion style closing mechanism. It’s got great magnetic hold, is very low profile, and offers lots of ways to hold and angles to prop up as a stand. My only gripe is after the accordion closing mechanism bent the wrong way once while closing, it’s been tough to get it to reposition it to close easily again without physically manipulating it with your fingers to the correct position in order to close fully. Every single time.
I bought 3 of them. Thinking it was going to be better than the pop socket. I thought it was going to have a stronger magnet. We compared it to the pop socket and the pop socket had better strength and held onto the phone better. When placing it in the charger it works. When you remove it from the charger the magnet (Ohsnap product) stays attached to the charger not phone. Can not charge if you have a case on your phone. It took my husband a little bit to figure out the stand. He was not impressed. And had a difficult time with his thick muscular fingers to get into the device. I can’t say it’s a great product yet, but eh, good. Keep up the research on a better Oh Snap 5!This was for one iPhone 16 Pro, 16 pro max and 14 pro.
