Cue and adds pizzazz to my phone

I’m enjoying my oh snap. May be a little overpriced and it doesn’t really sit up on a countertop in the kitchen without falling over. I didn’t understand I couldn’t use my car ‘s wireless charger with it. Great marketing team, though!

Broke after a few months usage

Ohsnap would not lock down after a short usage. Other customers had complained about this. Why not fix the problem. Get rid of the defective batch. Instead you offer a warranty that the customer can purchase. How complicated can this thing be that you cannot get it right the first time!!

Please fix the adhesive

I love oh snap. I've had them on and off since the first iteration. I think I only skipped 3. I recently got a color one, the blue. Beautiful. Love it. But the adhesive. Every single one. I've ended up having to superglue it to my phone case. If the adhesive isn't sticking to my phone I have used the vinyl sticker. It also separates from the on snap itself, which is what is happening to me today. I believe I have extra adhesive strips that I bought with this order because I always have to do this. I use the magnet feature a lot. And it just just seems to be able to hold up.It's so disappointing for this to be a repeated problem on such a great product.Order Number 954031

From the packaging to the product! I received my Snap Luxe 4 today and this product is what I have needed forever! I am not easily impressed and have written probably 5 reviews in my lifetime. Stocking stuffers for the family! Thank you !! I have the IPhone 16 Pro Max.

Absolute garbage . You will be disappointed . Broke in 1st week . Won’t spin. Plastic breaks . Bought 2 for our new phones. Scanned the QR coated to register the product for the warranty. Tried to submit the warranty and then original receipt plus a video ... they know it’s junk and so should you . 2 broken on 2 devices in so many weeks . Read the other reviews . The price is not cheap but the product is . You have been warned

Convenient magnetic but not convenient grip

It’s ok, not as easy to use for me as i was hoping. I like using it with the car mount but don’t like the feel of it as a grip (holding for more than 5 minutes).

Necessity!

Once I got use to having a ring to hold my phone, I cannot be without something, then I found these. I started out with the Snap 3 Pro which didn't last long and had to be replaced so the Luxe has been a great improvement. The kickstand is not solidly stable but works. I also have the car power kit which is awesome too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
