I have 3 right now. I really would love for the red color to be sold again. I missed out on that color. Great product!'
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

It’s thin and sleek but not functional. Hard to open and if you have large hands, it’s not comfortable. Most importantly, the kickstand feature does not work at all. It does not hold your phone up. I would not recommend this product. I hope they make improvements to the design.

Not what they tell you

I got my new snap grip and some of the claims are pushing the truth. It barely holds up my iPhone 16 pro without using 2 hands to get it set perfectly. On my phone it’s not a one handed solution. As far as charging through the device for me it was hit and miss. 2 of 3 chargers worked, my car charging did not go through the product. It’s a nice holder but my fatter fingers won’t let me twirl it as shown. It’s the best design for what it is, but it could be better or less hyped.

Love the products, BUT......

I bought the snap 3, wireless charger and car mount originally... The snap 3 broke within 3 weeks. I was sent a snap 4 to replace it since it was just released at the time. I then had issues with the adhesive and was sent more of that too.... The front of the wireless charger cracked days after the warranty ended and they wouldn't replace it, now my snap 4 just snapped one of its hinges and is again, days out of warranty.... So literally all of these "higher end, higher priced" accessories have broken.

After 2-3 years I finally had to replace my snap3. When I first purchased the hinges felt cheap and I was certain they would break but I trusted their claims that they put the hinges through rigorous testing to ensure reliability. After all this time the hinges never failed and never loosened. The piece that did fail was the plastic that clicks into the back keeping it closed. It got to the point where it would no longer snap back into itself and stayed open. This far exceeded my expectations of the product and look forward to many years with the snap4

Leaves a bit to be desired and I'm not sure how it will hold up.

First of all, this company's marketing and packaging are A+++. After watching the ads fed to me (in full, every time) I finally decided to buy one to replace a cheap rubber-ish ring on the back of my phone that never allowed it to lay flat on a table. I ran to the mailbox as soon as this was delivered about 30 minutes ago and the packaging made the whole experience even more exciting. My first stage of disappointment kicked in quickly as it's kind of weird to open it without looking directly at it. I'm usually grabbing my phone out of my bag while I'm mid-commute or walking between meetings and am used to sliding right into the ring -or- popping out a popsocket to check messages. I feel like I'm fumbling around with a communion wafer in the back of my phone trying to find one of the two dots to press and get the tiniest little pop. Getting my fingers underneath it after that seems like I'm going to drop the phone if I'm on the go as it flops around due to the very flexible pieces holding it all together. I have really small hands so I don't imagine the experience being great for someone with larger fingers. Because the top of the grip is so flimsy and the accordion section so flexible, my phone moves around A LOT in my hand with this. I still have to use my poor pinky finger for support in reaching the bottom half of the screen. Otherwise, the phone simply flops to the opposite direction of where I'm clicking. There needs to be a bit more tension in the center that helps you actually leverage it for support. I want to give the single-finger hold a try but it all just becomes way too loose to get any stability and, once again, forget it if you don't want to stop and analyze the back of your phone every time you use this. The kickstand isn't exactly what I had hoped it would be either. Once again, it's really only effective if you're staring at the back of the phone looking for the little divot that holds it in place. I genuinely assumed it was false advertising because I was trying to kickstand it without that, but maybe my review will help the people who also mentioned this. On the positive side, it is very thin. My phone finally lays flat. Charging through works as expected. It looks nice and sleek. We will see how it holds up.

Unfortunately the OhSnap slips off anytime I use it on a MagSafe charger or holder that has magnets to have a stronger hold. I tried cleaning the OhSnap adhesive per website instructions and even bought a new OhSnap to try on my iPhone 15. Still slips off. Really wish I could keep it on my phone and use it all the time.

Hot Garbage!

It has been 24 hours and this thing is just annoying. The “pop” is to short so it feels tight on my fingers (size large glove). Holding the phone just feels weird and I hate it. To make things worse I apparently don’t have the coordination to open this thing one handed. It is crazy that a device to better hold a phone one handed takes two hands to open and get situated. I’m not angry, just disappointed. This is from an iPhone 16 pro.
