Great, until they break!

I love the Ohsnap grip. I’m on my third, and last one. They break. First, the hinge separates from the hand/finger hold, first one at three months, company replaced it. The replacement became unhinged at 5 months. The last one became unhinged at 11 months. Any glue or adhesive I try to fix it with doesn’t hold. This happened with all three. The finger hold of my last one split in half. In theory, a great product, but if it breaks what good is it?

Got this from a friend and will most likely be buying the wallet. Had a situation where I pulled one of the legs but I love a product that is easily able to be repaired. Used a little super glue & fixed it like new. Only thing I wish is if the one ring was a little bigger & the legs felt sturdier but from how much OhSnap put into the Luxe version I am sure they are looking into the next generation.

I am LOVING my new snap grip! It’s thin, sturdy and easy to use! I also love my stand I got for my bedside table! Everything came perfectly packaged and quickly!! I will definitely be getting more

Good; paint wears off quickly though

I have the Luxe and got it in black. Unfortunately over time the paint starts to chip off and it lost its sleekness. Functionality wise it's surprisingly sturdy; I thought it was all metal but there is plastic. Nonetheless it's still a great product just wish the paint was more durable.

I just had my first ever ohsnap. I was so happy with it for a month until today it broke. :( i didn't expect a weak quality since it is highly priced.. :(

Big Expectations Even Bigger Let Down

Ok, to start I'm using the grip on a Google Pixel device, no case just glass back of the phone. I was looking for something that would be compatible with magnetic car mounts because I hate how bulky most magnetic cases tend to be. So figured I'd give this product a try. Lesson learned after the first use. The grip sticks to the phone fine for normal use just as a grip... Different story when I attach it to my current car mount when I remove my phone from the mount the grip pulls free from the phone 100% of the time with little to no resistance. I'm sure if you have a magsafe compatible device this stays attached just fine, but if your looking for something for a non Apple device I'd honestly save my money (this this is WAY over priced in my opinion).

Warning - iphone compass affected

The iphone compass is affected by the magnet. This means if you use any application which uses the internal compass like astronomy applications or some trail mapping or leveling software, it won't work. I returned the device. there is no workaround. I found no warning in their online documentation for this issue. so be aware.

Does not charge

I had high hopes for this. It is incredibly thin. However, it requires adhesive to attach to the case which makes removal for charging impossible. It does not charge through as they claim. The grip is difficult to get your finger in and out of. Difficult to fold down when you are done. Overall, feels flimsy and does not live up to their claims. Really disappointing especially for the price.
