the snap 4 is a waste of money! It falls off all the time. I've followed the instructions to a T for installation. I've tried cleaning it the way the instructions say and reapplying. It will hole for maybe a day if I don't put it on my snap car mount. Every time I put it on my snap car mount it falls off. My husband has bought 2 and neither with stay adhered to his case. I've owned two other versions and I think it's snap 2 that has lasted the longest...no problems with it coming off. Please, either make a case with it built in for iPhone and galaxy phones or revamp so it actually works! Way too expensive to have it not work how it's supposed to.

I love mine! Way better than the old pop sockets I used to use. And I can charge right through it at night on my wireless charger stand. Ur after a year the plastic hinges are all worn out and broken so it’s time to replace it

I purchased the limited edition hot pink version of this product and I absolutely love it especially since I’m a loyal fan of bright colors and the hot pink really caught my attention and helps my phone to stand out

Close to Perfect, Adhesive Not Strong Enough

I've had this for over a year now and, in general, I love it. Super thin, easy to use, stylish, multiple options for a stand. However, a couple of things have really gotten in the way for me:1. The Adhesive: I had a different magnetic mount on my phone previously and found it incredibly useful to be able to attach my phone to something metal: fridge, car, etc. I did it all the time. So I was excited for that feature in this but sadly I've avoided doing this because the adhesive just isn't strong enough. Whenever I've attached the phone to said fridge or car, the grip comes right off. Doesn't matter if it was on a case or directly on the phone. I just purchased the SnapStand and same thing, grip comes off. I even replaced the adhesive yesterday and it didn't help. 2. One of the stand modes doesn't work well. It'll snap into place initially, but when I stand the phone up, eventually the weight of the phone is too much and it unsnapsMy review would be more like a 3.5, and I would definitely get this again. However, the adhesive is such a problem that it really needs to be better.

Was very excited for this product, after having initial issues with getting it to stick to my phone case. I was sent extra/replacement adhesive. I have a Samsung S23 ultra, which is not magsafe compatible, and I have had the absolute worst time getting these to stay put on my phone. Usually will come right off once I place the phone on my car mount, or try to use it as a kickstand.

Love it but it just wont stick

I'm a user of a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and unfortunately the Snap Grip Luxe does not want to stay on the phone. I guess the phones backing is not sufficient for the adhesive to bind to as wireless chargers and wallets will pull the grip right off. Even using the emergency sticker does not do the trick. Disappointed as it is the perfect size and functionality just doesn't stay put. I would go 2.5 if half stars were available.

Difficult to use

For the price, this product feels pretty flimsy. Since day 2 of having it, it’s impossible to close without messing with the hinge , it bends in the opposite direction and doesn’t close properly. Sticking your finger under the hinge to hold it feels uncomfortable, and it’s not that easy to open. Like how slim it is, but it’s really not that user friendly.
