Defective Product

If you purchase this product it’s 50/50 that it will last. I purchased this a few months ago and immediately had issues. I reached out to talk about my issues And instead of issuing a replacement or refund without questions as advertised they said they would not replace the product. I sent in a video and pictures displaying how the springs were twisted up it would not properly close, spin or work as expected. Even after showing proof they declined my request and basically said sorry too bad. It halfway works and I’d imagine would be a great product especially with the wallet coming out. Just be prepared you might lose your money again it’s 50/50 based on reviews I’ve read.

Absolutely worth the buy!

I absolutely love my snap on back to my phone. It has been durable and worth the money for sure! It sticks and is magnetic so can be easily changed to different phone cases. I’m amazed my the thinness and durability. It has lasted me over a year. Very pleased with this product.

Only had it for a week

Bought this for an Android phone and fought with the adhesive for a week. It would not stick. Woke up this morning and it was gone. Lost to the streets. Don't waste your money.

Love the concept but already damaged

Today is March 1st, I’ve had this since Feb 20th. And I already see tearing on the underside of the disk, where the little arms connect the base to the disk. It is by far my favorite, and most expensive, phone grip I’ve ever had so this is pretty disappointing.

Works Great First Two Weeks

The OhSnap is great upon first use. I love how thin it is, which keeps my phone from snagging on my pockets like other products do. However, after a few weeks of use it becomes stiff and will not rotate. This was my second purchase, and the same malfunction has happened both times. The grip broke this second time as I was trying to get it to rotate. I love the concept, but think I will need to look into other brands.

The snap grip Luxe is my first phone grip and it’s lasted me for well over a year so far with no issues. I like that it’s barely noticeable when I’m not using it but has proven to be durable for extended and repeated use when I am. I liked it so much a bought another for my wife.
