Finger Ring Doesn’t close properly 😢

Really really wanted to love this. A friend highly recommended. Said it was very durable, he’s had his for several years. 1. The finger ring opens perfectly. However when trying to put it back down, there is ONE area that bends the wrong way. I have to bend it the correct way in order for it to close back flush to the circle. 2. OMG, magnet is so powerful, I have a hard time taking it off the car mount. Hoping I don’t break my air vent. FYI survey doesn’t have iPhone 16 Pro. Selected 15

I give it 5 stars on the grip, the magnet, easy to use, ultra thin, rotation.I give it 4 stars on the kickstand collapsing. Occasionally it does not collapse fully.I would give it 0 stars on the kickstand. I can get the kickstand to hold the phone up about 1 in 10 attempts and even then it falls over after a few minutes. Also, for the short time it does stand up, the angle is too poor to actually watch anything on the phone.This is the first time I have purchased such an item, I am uncertain I would purchase another one.

I wanted to love it so badly

I wanted to love this so badly but I just...don’t. This product is a thin as advertised, durable, and looks great but the functionality fell flat. I find that I have to use two hands to open in order to use it and even then I’m just fumbling with it, frustrated, until I can finally get to the two finger grip. I’ve never been able to get the kick stand to work, and it doesn’t work with any of my wireless chargers. The magnet is strong though! I gave it a couple weeks but sadly it’s not for me.

Adherence to phone

I have an S23 ultra with pen so I had to follow the setup differently. Luckily I bought a qty of 2 units as the one purchased for my phone didn't come with the silver ring so I had to open the second one which did have a ring. I followed all directions and allowed the new ogSnap grip 3 hrs toe set up and adhere. After sticking to my magnet charger in my car the ohsnap detached from my phone. Since it has not adhered and will not adhere no matter what I do to where I feel safe holding my phone by the grip only. The design supersedes my expectations for sleepless and usability but it drastically failed on the phone attachment
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The magnet feature is good, but it can’t stand the phone . So that little back part is mainly just to stick on metal and to hold, if you try to stand the phone, it doesn’t work. Disappointing for the price.

Good concept but...

1. Difficult to impossible to use the product to prop the iPhone up to view video, etc. 2. I experienced multiple charging failures using the Apple MagSafe charger. This plus the documented limitation of using a charge pad has causes me to stop using the product.

Beats everything out of the market but it didnt last past 2 years

I bought this 2 years ago, and could not be happier with what it is and how it performs. I use it all the time every day, so much so that I have actually worn it down and destroyed it. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is that the materials have started to break down after 2 years of continuous use. That and when I transferred it from the case on my old iPhone case to my new iPhone case, the adhesive was so sticky after being on it for a year that I broke part of the grip trying to get it off. Once it was on my new case, it was still phenomenally sticky. A good problem to have, but still a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!
