I reached out to the support team on an issue, dealing with the lack of adhesion to my phone. The answer they gave me was I was removing it from the magnetic device in the wrong way. I have since removed it from my phone and it is useless. I do not recommend you buy.

3 stars cuz magnet isn’t strong enough. Falls off my metal plates in vehicle especially when hitting a bump while driving.

Since I got my 11 Pro Plus iPhone, I have used a Loopy case on it. And though I have loved my Loopy, it has some limitations that I thought OhSnap could satisfy for me. Like the kickstand and the magnetic charging. And I liked the idea of being able to use it like a pop whatever..where you use two finger, but still be able to use one finger like with Loopy. So I cheated on my Loopy. I’m such a louse. So when I got it last week, I immediately peeled my Loopy CASE off and applied this tiny, thin, futuristic disk to my naked, but PRISTINE light metallic pink GLASS iPhone, Pinky. It looked cool. And I liked seeing my beautiful Pinky in all her natural pink glory. But here’s the thing. With the OhSnap, you have to “fiddle” with getting it open. Those professionals in their videos make it look so easy. But you have to look at it. And you have to think about it. And you have to be kind of precise with it. And while you’re doing all that, your loyal, pristine, NAKED iPhone is sitting there VULNERABLE!😭 Well, I dropped my sweet Pinky. My loyal sweet Pinky. And now she’s like a Humpty Dumpty Pinky..shattered! I’m such a louse. She’s “back together again” in my even MORE loyal Loopy case, her scars caused by my infidelity and clumsiness discreetly hidden. I thank OhSnap for their hard work and intuitive engineering, but it’s just not for me..or Pinky. I’ll be returning the beautiful, sleek, futuristic OhSnap disk. (Also, the adhesive isn’t strong enough. It slipped off of Pinky. This isn’t what caused me to drop her, but it could have been.)🩷😭📱🤳🏻

I got duped

Well I bought two of them, one for my husband and myself. Our phones will not charge with them on , the kickstand feature doesn’t hold up my phone either. To be honest, I feel like I got duped by a clever marketing set up. I don’t know if it’s worth it to send them back or not, I kept the packaging but of course they’ve been opened now so if I could give zero stars I guess I would.

I love how things this product is I love that it closes completely flat. I loved how it didn't need tape to stick to my phone case. It just "snapped" right on! However, it stopped spinning. Initially it worked amazingly! They sent me another one but that one won't spin easily either. I don't know what's going on with them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
