Had to super glue it

Had to super glue it to back of my phone case because the adhesive that came with it didn't even hold for 2 days. And I let it dry over night before touching it again. But now that I super glued it it does not spin & I can't send it in to you like I was asked because it is super glued to my case. I need my case. I wish yall would send me another 1 so I can try it again and see if it holds this time.

Never wanted a grip until I came across some ads for these. The magnets are strong. And the charge thru is awesome.

Want to like it so much but can’t get the gear right

The grip is very good, but charging is proving quite challenging. Yeah, sure I should just buy all the chargers and stands from you but I was really hoping to use what I already own and have already paid for. I cannot get this to charge through, I’ve tried two cases, replacing my case I already liked with a thinner one hoping that would work. Now I’m trying to find a charger that might work through this case, but I can’t tell definitively that it will work before purchasing and having to go through all that hassle. Even though my charger works just fine. I tried another stand I have and it ripped the grip right off when I removed it so that’s not workable either. Now I keep taking the phone out of the case to charge it, grabbing it to do something and then dropping it because it’s thin and slippery and has no case or grip. Put the case/grip back on and then run out of charge because I forgot it doesn’t charge through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek and Functional, with a Small Flaw

I was really excited to try the Snap Grip since I’ve always loved using a popsocket, but needed something that allowed access to the magnetic charger on the back of my phone. This product delivers on being slim and low-profile it lays flat as advertised and doesn’t feel bulky at all.However, I did run into an issue with the lightweight connectors. One of them bent, and now the grip won’t lay flat unless I manually adjust it, which is a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a great concept, but I wish the connectors were a little sturdier.

Very thin, nice pop up makes holding my phone so much easier! But it doesn’t hold my phone as a stand. The pop up piece isn’t strong enough to hold up my phone. I have a 16 pro, maybe my phone is too large for this device to hold it up? It answers the problem of holding my phone comfortably, I just have to keep the other magnet ring too so that I have a stand

Not Magnetic Enough to hold up my phone...

I have a Galaxy 25 Ultra and the magnet isn't strong enough to hold it to anything I've tried. It just says "weeeeeeeeeee!" All the way to the floor. I mounted it to the outside of my case and charging through both seems to be an issue as well. It's awkward and with it being flimsy, it's hard to just pop and use...unlike my other pop up "keepin' my phone from flying out of my hands when my dogs get rambunctious, thingy". I love the color I chose, it matches my phone well and the fact that it's super flat is nice...but functionally, I'm struggling to make this thing work for me like I was hoping.Suggestions?
