I bought 2 of these. One for my wife, that she hasn't used and one for me that i have. I use androids with a mag safe case. Yes the oh snap attache great, but attaching your phone to other mag attachments becomes a game of chess. The magnets oppose each other and I end up dropping my phone to my floorboard most of the time. On top of that, the outer finish comes off within 2 weeks and starts to look like a cheap Amazon product. To me the coating is unnecessary. All in all q good product but by nature is an annoyance unless you don't magsafe attachments.
I’ve used Snap Grip for years now. Had the 3, then the 4, and now the 5. This one is far superior because there’s no sticky stuff. I love it! I used to have the car grip but there’s not a place for it in my new car. I wish there was. That thing was great and my phone never fell. I miss it!
When I first opened the package I did not like what I saw. This was so light weight I really thought I would break it within a day. I was scared to use it, but as I slowly got more and more comfortable (less afraid) and started using it like normal I realized I was dead wrong. It is everything the ads said it would be. The best phone grip I have ever bought! The magnets are second to none either. I will for sure be coming back for the car mount and other stuff. Thanks ohsnap!
I purchased the newest version without realizing the company had significantly reduced the quality. The new grips no longer include the adhesive backing, which might not have been a major issue if the magnetic strength hadn’t also been noticeably reduced.Unfortunately, the magnets are no longer strong enough to reliably hold my phone on my car mount, attach to a vehicle fender, or even stick securely to a refrigerator. Any vibration or minor bump sends my phone to the floor. This is especially disappointing because I’ve owned and loved three previous versions of this product. In fact, I ended up removing the new grip and reinstalling my older one so I could continue using my MagSafe mounts reliably. Based on my experience, this latest version is a significant step backward from previous generations.
Strong grip to phone, not so much to gym equipment

I got this hoping to use it to stick my phone to gym equipment. Sadly, my phone (iPhone 17 pro) just slides down and the Snap Grip does not hold in place. The gym equipment is painted metal so I imagine that also contributes. Great product, just not able to use it for what I intended with the equipment my gym has.
