Doesn't charge through case

I'm not impressed. The device doesn't work if your case is "too thick" but this was never mentioned before purchase.

The mag safe feature is great but the little circle that pops out is cheap flimsy plastic. The extenders are also flimsy plastic. It’s not strong enough to use to prop up the phone on a table, for example. It is not better than pop socket currently. Their marketing is great. Their product is not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It took me a moment to get used to the Snap Grip but now thst I understand how to use all of the features I love it. It does everthing I need it to and makes things easy and safe for my phone in all conditions.

Mag charging works with my 'other-brand' case, its very thin and not in the way at all and doesn't poke out my pockets, the magnet is strong and my iPhone can hold on places it didn't before, kick stands nicely, BUT to grab it and 'pop' it our one handed is a little harder then my previous pop holding thingy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Color and build quality is awesome. Makes no sense to my earth brain how the tiny little joints don’t immediately break. My only thing keeping it from 5 stars is kind of on me but it doesn’t wireless charge with my leather case. Other than that great wife has had the same one for 3 phone generations.

iPhone doesn’t charge for me.

It’s a little uncomfortable on the back of my fingers. Maybe because it’s a new way of holding it. Definitely better than how I used to hold it. But the main reason I got it was I was hoping it would help my iPhone charge in my car on the magnetic charger. It doesn’t. And I don’t think it’s because of the camera bump because it won’t charge in my round charger at my desk.

Good size and I like that it folds flat. I can’t use my MagSafe charger (iPhone 14 Pro) with it so I only use it with the magnetic attachment, rather than the adhesive, so it falls off a lot or comes off on another magnetic surface. I will be replacing it. The ‘kickstand’ feature is wobbly at best. Good idea but just doesn’t fit my needs.
