not worth the money

I couldn't get it to work like the video shown. Then yesterday my 24yo son was looking at it and it literally fell apart. So it is in the trash and I haven't even had it a month...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using this grip for over a month now, and I love it. I really like how slim it is and how it sits on the case. Can barely tell its there. I've used the pop sockets brand for many years, but after using the Ohsnap grip, I may never switch back.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The old model was better...

I had my last oh snap for 2 full years. I loved it! Recommended it to everyone!Understandably... the “spring” part broke. I use it a lot, fidgeted with it, it fell one day and broke.I was excited for the new model, the new color, everything. Upon opening the box and installing, I was immediately slightly concerned... the last version included pre—applied adhesive to the ohsnap. This stuff kept the unit on so well, I had to use a knife to remove it when I was replacing.New model did not include applied adhesive, and had a magnet bit for android phones. I have an iPhone.Well today - somehow I’ve lost my ohsnap due to it coming disconnected without my noticing.So now I’m out my brand new ohsnap.For the price, I’ll probably just shop around and find something similar. Not paying that again for it to just fall off again since the manufacturer decided to remove the extra adhesive. Super sad honestly.

Good but a little disappointed

Well I've had the 5 for about a week. It's replacing my 3 that finally broke. I really like the 5. I like that I don't need the tape to hold it on, but I'm disappointed in the magnets. The magnets are not near as strong as the 3 was. I have a magnetic holder in my car and the 3 held GREAT! The 5 holds, but not nearly as strong. I understand that I don't need it attached when I charge at night, but that's one of the reasons I bought the 3. Still it's a great stand and I like that I can still text w just one hand!

Magnetic portion is fine, really strong, however the mechanism that "snaps" in and out, stays open when it's supposed to snap in.

Not as great as advertised

It’s cute and has a great color, but sadly it doesn’t do half the things that are advertised. You can’t use a MagSafe charger with it on. The magnet is weak, resulting in my phone just sliding down the refrigerator, car mount, or other metal surface. It’s made of really thin, flimsy plastic. I honestly wish that I’d gotten a pop socket instead since I can’t use the features I was promised.

Best phone grip I’ve had in a while

Arrived quickly, easy to put on, many ways to use! My only issue is when I push it back in to put away, sometimes the cords in the back bend the wrong way, but that’s an easy fix. Amazing product overall.

Within the first 24 hours, I had used several of my snap grip... I love it, probably my most favorite phone accessory ever! And now I just ordered the magnetic wallet accessory
