It’s an ok grip but I’m very limited on how far my finger can reach the corners of my phone

Not finger friendly

It would’ve gotten a 5⭐️ but my finger didn’t fit in it comfortably and have to be cautious folding cap closed because you could accidentally bend one arm and it won’t close the same and stay protruding until you collapse the cap in the proper way. BTW ...16 Pro Max

Debated getting one of these for months, but I finally did and am not disappointed! Super easy to install, sturdy, and easy to use. I love how seamless the charge-through is despite the snap grip being on a case - even works with my MagSafe power bank perfectly despite the grip sticking out a tiny bit. I just wish it popped out a bit more to make it easier to hold, it it also works fine as is.

I didn’t know there was adhesive on it. My bad for not reading that detail, I just assumed since it was MagSafe there wasn’t any. Now I have a broken phone case after having to peel it off and I I can’t pass it between my phone and kindle like I do with my MagSafe pop socket. I love the other features, just not the adhesive. Unfortunately the adhesive makes it unusable for me :(

still have issues with sticking to my phone

It still isn't sticking to my phone. Looks like support is sending me a replacement adhesive kit but not sure that's going to change anything. I used the little sticker that came with it but it is falling off that too. So far that has only happened when I have it attached to the snap car mount.
