Love how thin it is. Hoping it holds up for a long time. Charging through has been fine. Just installed the car kit yesterday. Trying it out today.

I love putting my phone on the rig at the gym with the magnet. Using the pop-up fir holding the phone is just ok. Not that comfy and resists pushing flat again, I have to mess with it.

This is the best grip I have ever tried to use for my phone. I love that I can just spin it around from portrait to landscape and back with no issues.

I'm sorry to have complained like this. You really seem like you have a great product here. Especially, for people who have little fingers and small hands. I'm sorry to tell you this but my fingers are too big and I have stretched the grip so bad that I can't even get it to close up, or do any of the features it comes with and provides. It looks like to me that this needs to be addressed, so you don't continue to have the same issue in the future. I really hope that maybe one day I'll be able to enjoy something you guys have created for big hands and big fingers customers. I really hope we can get this resolved in a professional manner. Thanks.

The grip is great, it's so much thinner than my magnetic pop sockets . . . but the charging . . . what can I say other than it's a hot mess, literally at times. So far my two Morphie bedside stands (his/hers) are both useless now. Car chargers . . . some do, some don't. It's very frustrating. I really don't want to spend a lot of money replacing chargers when I already forked out good money for two of these grips with the promise of "MagSafe charing"

Only a little concerned about the durability of the the structure behind the finger holder. Also, it's a bit thin behind it, a pretty tight fit for my fingers. I will say the magnet is very strong, and my contact charger works fine without removing it.

I have been using a popsocket for years and switched to this phone grip with a heavy dose of skepticism. After a month or so I am loving this grip! It's aesthetically and mechanically satisfiing. It's much more comfortable on my fingers and gives me much more control over the phone with its multiple grip options. I'm also really loving that I don't have to take it off to stick it to my car mount. Two slight downsides. It's a little bit more finicky than the popsocket as a kickstand, but it works. The second is that it sticks to the phone with magnets plus adhesive which is worth the trade of being able to leave it in place when sticking it to carmounts and the like. That being said, I just ordered the snap grip 5 which loses the adhesive and functions like a magsafe grip with the added functionality of being able to stick it to car mounts and other metal objects without it detaching from the phone when you pull it off. I can't wait to try it!
