Malfunctioning

I’ve tried cleaning under it. Removing it and reinstalling it. But the actual grip doesn’t stay down. It just stays up even after trying to push it down multiple times.

It does what it says, but unfortunately my phone won’t charge fully with it on and I don’t like taking the phone case off in order to mag charge it. It’s also a bit awkward to pop it and hold it with the fingers. I really had high hopes. P.S. my phone is not listed iPhone 16 pro max

Space for finger grip is way too small, and I have small fingers. Very uncomfortable. It was also difficult to push it back into place.

I placed this on my phone case after cleaning it and it lasted for about 4 days and then came off in my hand. I will be returning it. I had high hopes for this as it is very low profile. I did not really like the plastic expanding pieces. They don't open all the way and are kind of tricky to get my fingers under the top.

Just buy a pop socket. This was beyond garbage, in one finger mode your finger falls out. It bends so easily. Over half of the time, it won't even close flush. I couldn't figure out the kickstand mechanism because it always just fell over. It was a complete waste of money!

I love the Snap Grip. It is by far the best tool to hold my phone that I have ever tried. This is the second one that I have purchased. However, it would’ve been nice to know that you were introducing a newer one that is completely magnetic in just a month. I would’ve waited and purchased it as your product is too expensive to buy another one now.

It is a very nice grip to add to the back of my phone case. Super thin so it doesn't cause bulky issues. I like the kickstand mode and the free rotation. I have a couple complaints. It does not exactly fit my fat fingers through the middle of the grip like the advertisement seemed to indicate it would. The wireless charging capability is great, with one issue. It gets really hot with my car charger, so that is concerning. I love that it is magnetic. Very convenient to just stick it on a fridge or other magnetic surface.
