LOVED IT!! Until...

I loved this thing from the moment I got it. However, it recently broke at the hinges and is useless. I looked at the warranty and it is only covered if it breaks with in 1 year. Mine lasted 1.5 years, just outside the warranty coverage. If I knew it wouldn’t last long, I would’ve gotten a pop socket.Also, I got the bundle with the wireless charger. I had to use the wireless charger when my case and snap grip weren’t on it because it would get too hot. Don’t buy it if this trait sold you on it.

Your service is great, prompt and fast. The grips of good quality and functional. The only thing that I can gripe about is that the grip doesn't seem to be a intuitive to use as your previous grips. However, that may come with time as I use it. Thanks all.

It doesn't stick to my case

I have tried 2 Snap Grip 4 devices and neither of them has stuck well to any case I have used with my Z Fold 5. I've bought different cases, the last one I made sure it had a solid and smooth back.

I had bought a magsafe case for my Samsung phone. This fit on it great, is comfortable to hold and charges through it. I was NOT going to be removing anything to charge at night so that was very important.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought 2 one is still working

i purchased 2, my wife's broke after 3 month of daily use, mine is only used for travel and is still working. I would give this 5 stars if the plastic was more durable. my wife loved it until hers broke and now i treat mine very carefully, as i don't want to break mine.

Does not interfere with charging and is very thin.Edges are sharp and uncomfortable on the fingers.Not easy to open with one hand.

Love the features, you do have to hold down the back to get it to stay closed

You do have to hold down the back to get it to stay closed,its like the plastic pieces holding it open get stiff in that position so just pressing it in it just bounces back right away unless you hold it down for a while. The kick stand and wireless charging is super nice though I love how thin it is.
