I'm neither impressed nor unimpressed with this grip on my Pixel 10 Pro XL. It does what it's supposed to do, but it kind of feels flimsy. It has a super strong magnet but maybe too strong? It takes serious effort to remove it, so I'm worried I'll break it. It's decently comfortable to use, although if you're a guy with bigger hands, this probably won't work. My hands are pretty average I'd say and it's a pretty snug fit. I don't know if it actually helps me hold my phone much. I don't find it helpful for taking photos or anything. The kickstand is handy at times, but it only really works in landscape. The magsafe/pixelsnap charge through does work well.So, yeah. It's alright. Probably not worth the money. But if you like having a phone grip, it does the job .

I ordered one from the Pre-Order sale since I loved my Snap Grip 4; however, this one doesn’t magnetize very well and is so easy to knock off. Further, I am beyond upset because I haven’t had it for long and because of how weak it is it fell off my phone and is lost. For how much I spent, I really wish it was a better product.

Downgrade?

I’ve had a few grips from OhSnap and loved them all. This grip has 1/2 the magnetic strength as the prior grip. The fidget aspect gets stuck while trying to swivel the phone as well. Overall downgrade from the previous gen. Love the color though!

I love oh snap! No one does a phone grip better than them. It’s comfortable, secure, and so thin! Interestingly, I noticed the girl still says she snap 4 on the inside 🤔Definitely recommending this to my friends.

Finger loop gets stuck

Once I’m done using the grip one of the little finger loop strings gets stuck the opposite way and won’t lets me close it. When I need to use it for quick use it just doesn’t close right. And since it feels very plasticy it feels like it might break.

This is 3 days of using the Oh Snap Grip 5. The white gets easily scratch. I never drop my phone with this grip on and it already looks like I’ve used this for months.

Great feel not so great stick to MagSafe devices

I got this and the snap grip 4 and I really wish this worked as well as the 4. I love the soft touch outside ring of the 5 and I like it sticks to the phone side super well never came off and I could still charge through with it on with my Belkin MagSafe charger. But it would not align magnetically as well as the 4 and was super easy to come off the MagSafe devices I have like one instance was when the 5 was attached to my car phone mount it fell off when I made a turn and it cracked my screen protector when it fell so I had to fix that and never used it when it was connected again I had to remove the grip to use it on anything MagSafe just so it could stick with no issues. I mentioned it did not align at all well or easy with the 5 compared to the 4 the 4 just finds the device fast and grips it super well too well and I don’t have any fears the 4 would fall when connected to my car mount I just wish the 4 had the same soft touch outside and matte black look and not the glossy black. I wanted to love the 5 so much because of that feature alone but I wanted something I don’t have to think about or take off ever because why would I need it off? So if you need something that sticks don’t get this it only sticks to the phone side well but if you don’t mind taking it off and prefer the soft touch get this I guess but they need to fix the magnetic issues and maybe if they had an adhesive grip 5 that would be nice to fix the issues.

great design

Love how thin it is. Attaches well to my peak design mag car mount, but doesn't charge-thru consistently. The charging will start and stop causing my screen to wake up frequently.
I would recommend this to a friend!
