Look i love it but...

Okay this is my absolute favorite phone grip ever. It does everything it says it can perfectly. Only thing is they break. Easily. I have had THREE of these grips now all different versions with minor differences but all of them had the same problem. The plastic hinges that pop out when you use the grip break so incredibly easy. Ever time i have replaced a grip it was because of the plastic breaking. Maybe the next version should try making that plastic stronger. Especially since its advertised as a fidget toy too. It just doesnt last. And with the price thats incredibly disappointing that it breaks so easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thicker and not compatible with previous mounts

It is thicker than the grip 4. It does not hold to the car mounts which worked perfectly with the grip 4. Grip 5 DOES NOT work with the current car mounts.

I was an avid pop socket user and was eyeing this product for a long time and I’m so glad I made the switch I absolutely love its versatility and handling. I was concerned about the fidgeting aspect being different but you can definitely fidget with the grip! If you’re thinking of making the switch this is your sign.

I've had 3 generation's of these grips(1st, 4th &5th). This by far the best one. My only minor gripe with the last Gen was the adhesive, problem solved... I believe that these are perfect IMHO. I don't see any downsides or issues with these. I couldn't be any happier with them.

Pretty sweet but not perfect

I love the low profile and gripping versatility. My two gripes would be that for magnetic car holders it holds the phone weakly. Any bump in the road and phone falls down. I don’t even use a case.The second issue is that wireless charging is hit or miss.

So so close to perfection!

I had an easy time putting on the grip, but when I went to use my car mount, the magnets are not as strong as the old one. My phone fell off twice until I discovered a way to help keep it on. You have to center it perfectly, it doesn’t center itself like the old one did. Overall I’m still a fan. Thanks!

Not made for big hands

If you have big hands/thick fingers like me, do not buy this product. It's way too small. You won't be able to get a good grip on it They should make a larger version for bigger people, just like a glove.

Magnet sucks

This is the second one I have gotten, my last one broke after 2 years, which is amazing, but this one is different somehow. I got the car mount with my last one and it worked amazing, this one does not stay on at all. I really don’t want to have to buy a new car mount just because I had to replace the grip, that’s the main reason I stuck with this brand, that and it lasts a lot longer and I love that it doesn’t stick out too far from the phone
