Amazing phone grip

Bought myself and my wife this grip because we had the very first iteration and liked it back then in its infancy. Gen 5 is insanely nice. Extremely slim, feels solid and not like it’s going to break every time I hold it. The kickstand is super neat as well. Worth the money!

The device doesn’t work if you use a phone case. It won’t stick to it with the magnetic and the magnetic charge doesn’t work if it’s installed because it’s too far from the phone’s surface.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost Perfect..

So if we go off the ad that said it could basically do everything. Well it's thin and compact, simple to use, supports as said multiple holding methods. It can be moved around on the back of the phone with ease using the mag ring that also has a semi sticky layer on it. The kickstand is great, 1 finger and 2 finger works well. It seems very well made and durable. So where'd it come up short? It would no QI charge with it placed in the middle of my phone. Almost a deal breaker but putting it low on my older SE 2 iphone it QI charged and that was a better position for holding the phone so it works. It did not work through my case but it is a thicker design. So maybe a newer phone and thinner case these problems change. The magnetic does not hold like in the ad, funny thing happens while mag helps hold the ring to the phone once you try to stick it on something metal it tends to let go of the phone, so wouldn't trust it holding my phone even it seems to stick could likely come loose and fall and bye bye phone. Still for it's thin application, single and double utilitarian use, still seems durable with minimal materials.. I give it at least 4 stars and I'm still using it.

I am really impressed with the new Snapgrip! I love the no adhesive and the magnet is REALLY strong! The easy close magnet is great and functions really smooth. The finger hold is great and functions much like the old style. I did notice when I took the Snapgrip off for the first time today it’s slightly scratching up my case where it sits. I’m not sure how since it feels pretty solid, so I’m not sure if it’s where the middle part rotates. I’ve had this on for about a week. I do wish there were some additional color options, specifically ones that match the iPhone colors (the 17 blue would be fantastic :)) I have the silver and black right now. Overall this is a great upgrade to the product and I’m pretty happy with it so far!

Not worth it

I love how slim the design is overall. Unfortunately, it is so slim that it is so hard to open and it always takes two hands for me to do it. It has a very cheap feel and I wonder how long these even last for. The fact that it spins allowing you to prop it in different ways is great except that when you open it, you have to readjust every time so you can hold it properly. What I look for in one of these little holders is ease-of-use and this is definitely not making my life easier. I’m trying to figure out how to return it and hope that I can do so. After a few years of wanting one of these, I’m pretty bummed that it didn’t work out for me. Also, I have a magnetic charger in the car and one next to my bed. It does not work on either one.

Hello, I thought for Android device I could take the grip on and off. But if I try taking it off, it comes off with the sticker that is supposed to attached the grip to the phone. The grip itself is a bit flimsy to use, I am not sure it'll last lot of use..

Difficult to open with one hand

It is very difficult to pop it open with one hand. Not easy to use. Using one finger is also difficult. The hole is too.
