Same as Snap Grip 4

The snap grip 5 is the same as the snap grip 4 but the magnet on the 5 isnt as strong. So when trying to stick my phone to a metal object it doesnt hold as strong as the 4. With the snap grip 5 my phone slides down on whatever metal object i try to stick my phone too.

Ive used these on a couple different cases (the version that you cant remove from a case) This one, I got super pumped about because it allows you to change cases without having to buy another ohsnap, big win here.. The problem is... The magnets. While they work amazingly well to stick to the case and are actually pretty tough to remove, the issue is how it magnetically mounts to anything else unfortunately. I have a magsafe mount in my vehicle that, the other ohsnap REALLY "snapped" on to. I offroad often and that thing never failed me.. This one, unfortunately, fell off easily after a dip into a small dirt-road pothole.. As well, I use one of those night stand mag safe charging stations that charge watches, airpods and a phone all in one and the odd thing with this ohsnap is it almost fights the mount like the poles arent aligned well? Im not really sure how to explain it but the old ones Ive used, "snap" right on the mount where this one, dances around the the mount like Im forcing it to hug its younger sibling after they got into a fight.. At night, this is annoying.. The rest is still awesome. I use it as intended and love that it is so slim vs those other things.. I use it as a kick stand, emotional support, grip so it doesnt drop on my face at night.. Over all its great, just this versions magnets for magsafe products is mid compared to previous versions.

I like the snap grip 5 but the kickstand could be better.

One of my co-workers had one and i was sold instantly. Now my wife is jealous and wants to get rid of her pop socket. You just can't beat how minimal this device is. Would definitely buy again

I don't really use it for holding my phone, but I do use it as a stand. It works great for holding the phone in landscape mode, but it isn't good for portrait. I find that getting the grip to line up with and stick to the Snap Charge doesn't work very well. I used it for a couple of weeks and still couldn't just reach over and stick it on. My case has Mag Charge and I have no problem getting it lined up right to stick to the charger. It is handy that the grip now sticks with magnets instead of adhesive. It's really easy to take off and put back on. And it sticks really well.

Not bad! I really only got this for the gym, and sticking it to the machines while my workout app counts rest time sets and whatever.I kinda wish I would have grabbed the snap 4... I’m not positive, but if it had slightly stronger magnets it would have been the better option for me. This one slides on thick powder coated machines(not because of my camera)

Product is good, but magnets dont feel as strong

I love the idea of not having an adhesive, makes things much more convenient. However the 4 used to be able to hold my phone against magnets easy, the snap 5 magnet isnt so strong and makes the phone slide down the wall slowly. this honestly is my inly complaint. I dont use the magnet often, but at times when i do, I have to remember its not as strong to the last ohsnap 4.
