I literally got this two days ago and it won’t clasp to close the grip portion. We’ve had to do multiple “manual rests”. How annoying, days in having to do that. Not speaking for everyone but I would not buy this product again. Not worth the headache. It’s cool how flat it is though, but this product has not worked for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your ads make it look like the most innovative and best engineered product. When in fact it as just chintzy. I have had mine for one day and already the finger slats are not folding up flat. It looks great and I love the flat design, but it is not easy to use. It takes a bit of fiddling to get it to work.

Alas, not as good as the previous model

Bought a new case and the new snap grip, and this grip doesn't have the adhesive anymore, but I am also unable to charge it through my qi charger. The magnet is also not as strong, and it slides on a door I used to prop it on. Also, the black paint has started to scrape off.I bought more adhesives for my old snap grip, and I think I will just have to go back to it.

Just so powerful and reliable. Even though my iPhone Air is white I am happy to trade off the color for the confidence of the magnet.

I love that the Oh Snap is magnetic and that I can take it off my phone if I need to. I love how easy it is to use and how many ways I can hold my phone with it.

Good but different

I bought the new version cause my original version finally broke. I actually like the color and feel of the new version but it doesn’t seem as strong hold as the first. On the inside or out. I tried to put my phone on the gym equipment like I normally do and I wasn’t strong enough to stay and when it hit the ground, it popped off the phone as well. Lol anyway I still love this product it’s more functional than any other I’ve used. And I had to go without it for 2 weeks and life was hard lol but now it’s better just cautious where I place it now

Only problem is one of the plastic arms wants to fold to the outside instead of the inside. Makes closing difficult at times.
