Did not want to post negatively but, I'm not happy. First, I have a protective silicone case that the device could not stick to. I used the separate magnetic ring which is extremely strong but because I did not place it exactly in the correct spot (no instructions on where to place it) I can't use it like a stand. Not sure why it would not work because it is in the center of the phone which is where I would think it should be. Kind of useless for me because that is why I purchased it, and I can not remove it because the adhesive is too strong (which is a good thing had I placed it properly.
I love the oh snap phone holders because I don’t have to take the holder off to put on my magnet stand when watching my phone and also charges on wireless magnet without taking off .. I want it on and leave it on to do different tasks. I wish there were more and the magnet is strong! I wish the same I. Gold or silver.! Thank you again!!PH
I would like to have the option of a Snap Grip that has a slightly larger opening. My knuckles are not that fat... yet I can not get my fingers comfortably under the device!
Great same form factor, just needs some more refinement

Coming from a Snap 3 to a Snap 5, here are my pain points.(1) My main concern is that the exterior magnets are much weaker, to the point where I lose the exterior magnet feature, that I greatly appreciated and loved from my Snap 3.(2) The extension from the base to the two-finger hold feels tighter. It's not a deal breaker, more of a personal preference.Otherwise, I still experience the same great durability and category-leading design. The MagSafe connection to your device is also very strong, so there's no need to worry about it falling off or detaching. If OhSnap decides to create a revised version, I'd be happy to buy another one. Keep up the great work, guys—I'm still a fan of the brand and understand that this is just part of the process. I look forward to following the company's journey.
I’ve been using the snap4 for months now with no issue. Seen the snap 5 came out and jumped right on board. I’ve only had my snap 5 a few weeks, and it’s not going well. It doesn’t magnetize to things as well as the last. I use it a lot; at work, in the kitchen, etc. It falls off from under my computer more often than the last ever did, slides down my fridge, and doesn’t always hold in place on many surfaces my old one had no issue with. I also bought a sticky reusable wall mount for my last gen grip, and it doesn’t fit this one, so I can’t even use it any longer...Now the big downgrade was this one being without a sticker. While I always thought that’s what I’d want, it doesn’t actually go by as well. For one, it has come off my phone way too easily sometimes, usually it holds well, but nothing like a stuck on grip 4 will get you. As of today, I no longer have the Snap Grip 5, as it went missing yesterday. It fell right off my phone, I’m assuming while I was putting my phone into my pocket. Unfortunately, I either have to cough up the money or go back to popsocket... I really liked the last gen, and I don’t mind this one, but it’s definitely not better than the last imo.
