Finally! A slim magnetic grip that stays put!

I absolutely love this grip. I'm using it on an iPhone in an Otterbox case and it holds strong! I can use a magnetic mount in my car with it and my phone doesn't budge. I have yet to have the grip accidentally pop off the back of my phone and it's slim enough even with my phone case on to use a phone stand if I don't want to use the phone stand configuration of the Snap Grip 5. I am SO glad I decided to give this a try.

I hate the fact that you have to stick it to the phone case or to the phone. The magnet should be strong enough to hold without having to stick it but it’s not. I’m so unsatisfied.

Weaker Magnet than Snap 4

Pro: detachability feature is great. Has almost everything I liked about the 4.Con: does not attach my phone securely to other objects. Seems it’s a weaker magnet system (?) than the 4. The 4 never fell off my car mount and would attach strongly to metal objects I wanted to mount my phone to. The 5 barely holds onto anything securely. Unfortunately the outer magnet and mounting ability was a critical feature for me so I’ll be returning this.

Not as strong or durable as previous models

I got the Snap Grip 5 and have noticed quite a few differences. It doesn’t charge as easily - I had to remove the grip to get my phone to charge properly, I didn’t need to do that with previous versions. It falls off if I drop my phone or gets left behind on the surface I’ve magnetized it to. I have the car mount and it isn’t as secure, a big bump and my phone is released from the magnet. I recommended this to friends because it was so great before but the new iterations seem not to be as stable and sturdy. Kinda sucks - because I really like the items. I hope it gets worked out for the better.

Terrible product

I have several of the Grip 4's and they were amazing. The Grip 5 is basically useless. It barely stay on my phone and is certainly not going to hold it up. Beyond disappointing. Do not waste your money,

I love that the snap grip 5 is removable but the adhesive snap grip 4 had a stronger magnet and a bit thinner. But overall the snap grip 5 is still a better product than other magnetic phone grips

It sucks

For the price I paid for this its a hunk of junk. The back holder & stand is cheap & flimsy & will not stay put. Keeps moving around in stand position. There are way better holders on the market for 75% less than I paid for this. Some times cheaper is better. Will never recommend to any one.

The most thinnest I have e ever seen. Comfortable in my hand and easy to slip in my pocket without the bulkyness.
