Doesn’t spin freely.

When I’m using the phone grip, it’s difficult to spin and when I try, it’s feels like I’m going to break the device.

I love the product, and I will keep buying it. I do have an issue, though, my new one won’t work for my dash mount in my car. I’ve used the dash mount for the last few that I have bought and haven’t had any issues. With the new one, it’s like the magnets aren’t set up properly. It will not stick to it, it only repels from it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not magnetic

It works fine as a grip. It also go’s on and off easily, but I have to remove it to charge on my mag charger or my car magnetic holder. Because of that I don’t feel it was worth the money. I bought 2, the second is still in the box. By the way the packaging is very cute.

Possibly more important than the phone itself

Talk about life changing. I have used other wannabe grips and always felt like I need to take this thing off. They were just not as well thought out as the Snap Grip. With the Snap Grip 5, it makes me want to use my phone so I can use my Snap Grip. Sometimes I will use my Snap Grip and not even open my phone, it's that good! Feels good in the hand, good on the finger, and overall life is good every time you pull it out. It will increase your self-confidence and your quality of life will improve. No phone is complete without one. Using the Snap Grip might make you forget there's even a phone attached to it. Don't use it without a phone though, people will start to wonder if something is wrong with you. (don't ask) So keep a phone attached as an excuse to use your Snap Grip. TLDR: I like it.

Good, but not great like its predecessor.

The snap grip 5 is good, don’t get me wrong. I’m honestly just a little disappointed with it. It doesn’t have the same magnetic cling that the 4 has. I use it a lot at work to put my phone on metal doors and different types of metal areas so my phone is out of the way but still near and safe. It doesn’t hold like the snap 4 does. I’ll notice it slide or have a loose connection. Also, it doesn’t quite hold strong enough onto MagSafe charging stands. The smallest bump makes it release. I love not having the adhesive but I’d take that to have the same strength as before.

Here’s a more professional version:“While the removal process is straightforward, there are some considerations to keep in mind. The combination of holding the grip and pressing the power button to confirm Apple Pay purchases can inadvertently cause the phone to slide off the grip, resulting in a fall. Unfortunately, I experienced this firsthand and my device sustained a dent. If you’re considering version 5, I’d recommend being aware of this potential issue to prevent any accidental damage.“

I like it just wish the magents to stick to things was stronger my phone always slides down still gonna use it though

Falls off every time

I loved the 4th OhSnap because it was sturdy and I was confident my phone wouldn’t fall because of how strong the adhesive is. It hasn’t been a week yet and I’ve dropped my phone 5 times already because this model relies on the magnets and not the adhesive. I find it easier for my phone to potentially get snatched because the magnet comes off the phone really easily. I bought two, but I might just return the second one and buy the 4th model second hand.
