Doesn’t stay down

The handle does not go flat into the back, after a while after turning and shifting and moving it might stay down. Other times it is fine, being an engineer I would suggest a mini magnet and small metal plate to be used to help hold the handle down.

Doesn't seem to be compatible with my iphone 13. Barely attaches to the back of my phone of the phone and does not allow it to charge.

Great thin design

Like the product design, very thin and magnetic connection is very strong. Only concern I have is how it will hold up, so far so good!

I bought this mainly because it was thin and advertised it has a strong magnetic hold. I can say both are true as advertised. The only issue I had at first was closing the pop out because if the plastic fingers didn’t fold in properly. After a few weeks of use, it’s working just fine. I also like the various options for holding my phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Using it on my Google Pixel 10 Pro, this thing has eliminated my wrist pain when using my phone in bed. I use the two finger hold the most, the one finger hold is a little painful for my index finger after a few minutes. But the whole thing works great and I highly recommend it to others!

Still the best phone accessory

I purchased a Snap Grip 5 for my iPhone 17 Pro. I previously had one on my last phone. I tried a different case with this new phone and it sucked. I really needed to get a case that I could use with another Snap Grip. Makes me less worried that I’m going to drop my phone, I use the kickstand a fair amount, but the thing that I use most often is the magnet. It’s so handy. It’s well-made. It ships within days. And it doesn’t look dumb like most other things you can attach to your phone. I’m a fan.
