Solid grip

So far so good. Appears to be well made, a little pricey but I think it will be durable. I have to remove it to charge my phone which is an inconvenience, if I don’t remove it the connection while charging is off and on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I will be retuning my Ohsnap. It broke in the first 4 days of use. Will not fold in and stay put.

Great grip - magnets regressed

I have been a long time user of these grips and was extremely excited with the non-adhesive grips in the version 5. However - after trying out 3 different v5 grips, I am upset to say that the magnets just arent as strong when connecting to an accessory. Not sure what happened but they grip to the magsafe phone/case perfectly, but they don't hold as well onto anything else. Opened a support ticket on it, but pretty much was told I was wrong and havent heard anything back. I can take a v4 and out on the same phone and case and it is so much better.

Absolutely great product. Makes it a lot easier to hold my phone and stand it up when needed. My only regret is that I lost it less than 4 days after opening it. Oh well, I’ll probably get more in the future.

Worst upgrade ever!

I've been here since Gen 1, and Gen 5 is the worst. It hardly sticks to magnetic surfaces the same; the snap charger barely holds it, and barely charges, and custom support won't help, just return and refund. Not the level of help I've grown to love about ohsnap. This is the worst upgrade you have had and might have sealed future buys from my whole family and me. I'm not the only one who is very disappointed. We will be sharing this review around.

Strong magnet, flimsy handhold.

I really love how strong the magnet grip is on my phone, but the actual stand/handhold is so flimsy. It is tough to get it to keep the phone standing up vertically, and the connecting plastic is extremely tenuous.

First one I had a year and was great. New phone so got a new case from here and a new grip. Phone case is peeling in less than a month and the grip broke (was replaced ) but overall really disappointed with quality socially at this price point.
