Stick to the old version

I wanted to like it, but it doesn't stick to metal as strongly as the last one, and will even stay stuck to the gym equipment instead of my phone sometimes. It also does not work with the old car mounts, you need to buy new ones for this grip. I'm going to keep the snap 4 until they fix these issues

Worse than expected

By paying more, I expected a better product. Unfortunately it is not. Magnet is strong, but the rest feels cheap. It will not balance for viewing and sometimes grip gets stuck. Wouldn't be surprised if it breaks soon.

I thought it might be a cheep thing that I wouldn't like. But it is actually great. Thin, strong, and holds my phone just how I need it too. I love it.

I am so disappointed that the magnet is not strong like the old one. I could easily mount my phone on anything but that’s not the case anymore.

Was excited to have one with designs, but once I got it, you can barely make them out. There's hardly any contrast between the color of it & the image. I do the sad. ☹️

2nd snap grip

This is my 2nd snap grip- and love them both. However, I noticed the magnets are not as strong and have found my phone 'slipping' down the magnetic surface.

Snap 4 Luxe was better

This rating was tough because if I was a new user, I would like the new Snap Grip (no adhesive). But, replacing the Snap 4 Luxe seems to be a bit of a downgrade so far. The magnets seem weaker. And now the advertisements say you need to remove the grip to charge. And it doesn't come off so easily that I want to remove it every time I charge. Although, my Snap Charge wasn't perfect before, I had blamed it being designed for iPhone and on me having an Android. Lastly, don't ever, accidentally or intentionally, use the gripping portion (main plastic finger grip) to remove or attach to phone as it damages it and will no longer spin comfortably. I have more than once by accident. I still believe it's better than everything out on the market. I'm just glad I have a couple Snap 4 Luxe colors left in good condition, just in case the new limitations become too much of a hassle.
