I bought these because holding the phone has been causing strain in my pinky. This thing is great for grip. I removed it when I charge wirelessly because it gets warm and causes the phone to warm but it still works better than any other product like it. It's slimmer than the camera bump.
Very well designed. It feels nice, allows you to hold it two ways, and the kickstand works perfectly. The magnet is incredibly strong so I never worry about it coming detached.
Overall snapgrip is great. My only problem is the magnet strength with my car mount (which I use a lot). It’s not the greatest. And you have to make real sure how you have it positioned. I have what I have found to be the best car mount available, Design Peak, which has been just top notch! But my phone has already fallen off and cracked( luckily) only my screen savor in the first 2 weeks.
The overall looking function of the tool is OK, but when holding my phone with the phone grip, my fingers slipped out easily, and I have dropped my phone twice while using the grip. The magnet is strong and does hold onto metal, however, it does impede upon my charging and having the phone connected on my wireless charger for over five hours it only charged to 78% when I take the magnetic grip off it charges very quickly. It is a brand new phone. And using the tiny kickstand to elevate for better viewing it’s a various small degree that the phone is changed. Overall, I say the value is minimal for what you pay.
For some reason the red one doesn't have enough magnet is not strong like the green one or black one they keep sending me red ones I don't one that anymore tired of this. So DON'T BUY THE RED COLOR
I really wanted to like it. Incredibly thin grip that you can wirelessly charge through. Sounds perfect. But it's just so impractical to pop out. I even sat and worked it all around to break it in while watching a movie and it's way better, but still pretty much impossible to open quickly and smoothly with one hand. Plus the edge is a bit sharp, it'll jab your cuticle if you aren't careful when opening. Used it for a little over a week and then picked up a *leading competitors product* instead and gave the OhSnap to someone I knew who was wanting to try it out too. Much happier with the competitor.
