OhSnap - can not charge through the ring

I was hoping that I could use a portable charger attached to the back of my phone while the OhSnap was on it, but unfortunately it can't, so the product is useless in my opinion.

It is NOT magnetic to allow wireless charging. It is hard to snap open and even harder to close. I read the instructions and watched the videos but the device is not easy to use. If you don’t put your fingers in the right way it hits the wires and is very uncomfortable in the fingers. A sad purchase.

I have bought 5 of these. I have backups. They are that good. They look fantastic. The aluminum colors ive seen, the blues, purples, and teal are beautiful. The engineers did something special, the grip feels flimsy but they aren't. The stand is sturdy! These are worth the price. Love you guys!

Well I was excited to receive this. I loved it. It was perfect. Then before the weekend that I received it was over....i lost it. WOW! I absolutely can not find it. I’ve retraced me steps...stores, couch cushions, home....where did it drop? Should I buy another?

I want to start by saying I am a HUGE fan of Snap Grips and will continue to use them. However, the 5 is not doing it for me. I have had several of the previous versions and was happy to see an option to remove the grip and charge wirelessly. BUT, in order to achieve this, it appears as though they had to sacrifice the magnetic strength. For me that’s not a sacrifice I am willing to take. I’d rather the grip be stuck to my phone and it actually stay when I mount it to something. I’m at the gym now and keep picking my phone up after it slides down equipment. Thankfully I kept my Snap Grip 3 & 4 for both my personal and work phones. I will be going back to those... disappointing but still a fan. A refund would be great though 👀

I’m so happy with this grip- I have several other mag grips but this one stays on my phone all the time and the others are magnets holding notes on my file cabinet now. I love that I don’t have to remove it to place it on my Cyber Vintage desk stand, and I also love the spinning so I don’t have to reposition the grip for horizontal use. It’s perfectly flat on my iPhone air- anyway, thanks guys!

Upgrade Time

I had the snap 4 luxe previously and LOVED IT! Had it for as long as it could last which felt like forever!Since I needed a new one I got the Snap 5 and I love that it’s not adhesive, only issue I run into is my snap grip keeps popping off my phone mag safe case and sticking to whatever surface I had it magnetized to. Otherwise 4/5!
