This is my 3rd ohsnap since I kickstarted, no adhesive is a HUGE mistake

Well, it finally happened. I knew from the first time I put that shoddy magnet on the back of my phone I would lose it and here we are. This new magnet didn't stick to my OhSnap mount ever, it didn't stick to my phone if I puled it out of my pocket too fast and now I've lost it somewhere because it JUST. DOESN'T. STICK. I helped kickstart the original and this is the 3rd Gen I've owned. How far you have fallen. Let me know when the adhesive is back OR you get better magnets. So disappointed.

Decent but a downgrade from previous model

I had the older version of this with the adhesive. It was amazing but starting to look pretty rough from age and use. Magnet was very strong and I used it all the time to stick my phone to metal objects like my refrigerator or the fender of my car when I was working on it. The new one’s magnet sucks in comparison. If I stick it to my fridge it just slides down slowly to the floor. I guess the plus side is I can easlily remove it. Will probably just toss in in the junk drawer and put the old one back on. For context, it’s being used on an iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Best Phone Accessory Ever!!!

I swear by this grip!! It’s so comfortable and so durable. I had my original Snap Grip for over 2 years. It was honestly still in fantastic shape, but I figured I would treat myself to the upgraded version. I LOVE that it just uses a magnet to stay on your phone, so much easier to clean underneath or switch phone cases!! The magnet is super strong and the grip is sturdy. I love using it as a stand for my phone to watch videos. I also use it like a fidget toy a lot, and I can tell you, this thing will never break. If you’ve been thinking about it, just get it! You won’t regret it!

Quality went down

I’ve purchased all of their grips and I love the sleek design but the last grip doesn’t even hold up my bare phone on the gym equipment with magnetic. They got rid of the adhesive so now the phone falls off every time and so does the grip. I have their car mount and the grip doesn’t stick very well to the mount like their old grips. Pretty disappointed with the lastest grips

Magnet strength is terrible.

I have been riding with ohsnap since their kickstarter days. I have owned every single version. The Luxe 4 was the absolute best....this design is good, but the magnets are awful. The grip goes snug on the phone but it wont hardly stick on anything. fix that issue and ill buy again.

This is my favorite brand. The only brand that I could actually use because it’s stuck to the back of my phone. No chance I could ever get it off. And that is the point. That’s the bonus. I just bought a new one of theirs and I currently don’t have a back anymore.

I typically would not own this kind of an accessory but this thing is nearly perfect. I will not be without it moving forward. I look forward to an updated version that is scratch resistant.

A big downgrade from their last generation

These magnets feel half as strong as the last generation, they end up sticking to my mount rather than my phone, there is no adhesive to keep the amount on the phone, which feels completely pointless since the entire point of the product is so that you can hold your phone with this product. If it constantly falls off, what is the point of this product? I got the new snap grip five off of a warranty because my last generation had failed. Not too happy with this new model as it seems to cause more issues and works less.
