Model # issue

Your system refused "stating not a direct link". Would not take my model # RJ50-SST2-P-CO. It only excepted your preset model #. Please Change it and use my model # of RJ50-SST2-P-CO on my warranty application.

Model number doesn't populate in warranty registration

When trying to register the roasted oven/air fryer, the model number RJ50-SST2-P isn't searchable. The only model starting with RJ is RJ50-15T.
I hope that didn't cause an issue dish the road.
