Okay product, not worth the price

It's a solid product in theory. Has had some glitches though, where it doesn't allow me to pause music. For example, if I pause video, music, sound on my computer, it automatically restarts after 1 minute. This does not happen if I'm not hooked up to the logi dock. Also, the quick connect to web meetings is not all that useful. Good mic and audio though.

Doesn't work well

Consistently fails to have good audio and often doesn't connect to my computer.

So So Product that is not worth the Money

This is a pretty mediocre product. It's a good idea, but it doesn't live up to its marketing. The sound quality is lousy on Teams calls because it crackles constantly , and the one touch buttons work only occasionallyso it's not exactly the one stop dock it is promoted asOverpriced and under engineered even if it was a good idea. It also doesn't really have enough ports.

Good not great product

Switching between phone, computer and headset can be problematic. Otherwise, as a set up for just my computer there are no issues.

Simple setup / clear sound
