Not operational, lack of support, avoid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Monitors are not working and the support is slow and incomplete. Provide detailed information to get the proper support and it is not used/read/understood. Online information is old and incomplete, as are the directions included. I keep getting sent a link to a video that shows installation on Mac. When you watch that video you will se the presenter click and go through install steps. You can see the file that is clicked, it is named “MCT_Trigger_Device_driver”.
The file on your site and the link that support sends downloads file named Mobile Pixels "Graphics Driver-4. 1. 0-2025-01-12. dmg”. They are different files, with different names. Support just resends the same links without addressing the issue. I was so excited for this monitor configuration, what a let down the information and support has been. Even if it worked perfectly I would not want it anymore; unfortunately it does not work at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for a message board. The ability to fold the stack flat is also great. Display is crisp and clear. Lots of ways to adjust the display. Great product, recommend for anyone who wants to use it in compact spaces, dedicated displays for coding, testing, etc

Great product and vision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Geminos X, the design and functionality is key for me as I make the switch in my career to tech. I do not use the camera or speakers but appreciate the option as well as the ports. I would love to give this product 5 stars but the resolution of the top screen REALLY needs improvement, the colors are muted and I’m constantly adjusting the brightness and contrast on the top screen. Hoping there will be a huge improvement in the future models!
